Teen Arrested for Sony Hack

London police say 19-year-old has hacked a "number of international businesses," looking into connections with LulzSec.

 

London police have arrested a 19-year-old connected with cyber attacks on "a number of international businesses and international agencies," including Sony.

A spokesperson for the London Metropolitan Police told CNN that they are now examining whether he has an tied to the hacking group LulzSec, which has targeted companies including Bethesda, League of Legends and CCP in recent days.

The spokesperson said that the connection has not yet been made, as it's still "early days."

LulzSec, meanwhile, mocked the arrest on their Twitter feed, "Seems the glorious leader of LulzSec got arrested, it's all over now ... wait ... we're all still here! Which poor bastard did they take down?"
