Starting Today, Find NPR Shows And Newscasts On iTunes Radio

iTunes Radio has added its first news station, National Public Radio. It'll run 24 hours a day and broadcast shows like Morning Edition, All Things Considered, and the hourly newscasts. Streams for actual local stations are expected to arrive later this spring--no news on whether pledge drives will accompany them.

Apple Sends Email to iTunes Users Offering Refunds for Unauthorized In-App Purchases

Some iTunes customers are receiving emails from Apple offering refunds for unauthorized in-app purchases, as per the company's settlement with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission earlier this year. The email lays out the steps needed to take advantage of refunds, which must be submitted by April 15, 2015.

Apple Testing Related Search Suggestions On The App Store

Speaking of the App Store, Apple appears to slowly be rolling out related search suggestions when customers look for apps. The suggestions appear as a scrollable bar above the app store results themselves, and provide more specific search terms and categories. MacStories's Federico Viticci theorizes that the new feature might be a result of Apple's purchase of app store search tool Chomp in 2012.
