Zynga's new Mafia Wars city expansion, Las Vegas, kicked off with a bang literally as rap artist Snoop Dog blew up a real life four-ton armored truck in the Las Vegas desert last night to celebrate the launch earlier this month. Check it out:

Mafia Wars: Las Vegas launched August 4, becoming the fifth city expansion in the Facebook game, Mafia Wars. As of August 18, 10 million users have visited the new territory and committed the following statistics:

  • 7 million Vegas gifts sent per day
  • 16 million Casino properties upgraded
  • 3 billion jobs completed
  • 30 million fights
  • 600 million robberies
  • 300 million tournament fights
