Last night Apple aired a new 31-second television "All on iPad" advertisement during the Olympic TV coverage. The ad is similar to the "Do It All" released in June for the third-generation iPad.

'All on iPad' showcases features such as, iBooks, FaceTime, and Safari, again highlighting the high quality retina display, among others on the popular tablet, as each feature is shown in turn the following voiceover is heard:

"Read it. Tweet it. Be surprised. Be productive. Make a sale. Make some lunch. Make it a movie night. Play a game, or an old favorite. Do it all more beautifully, with the Retina display, on the iPad."

This is the first advertisement after the 'Genius' advertisements that were slated by critics, and appears to be almost a repeat of the 'Do It All' ads. 'All on iPad' advertisements seem more defined and straightforward in comparison to the poorly reviewed 'Genius' Mac advertisements.

The timing of the advertisement release couldn't be more intriguing as a rumour that an iPad Mini will launch this autumn is circulating, notes idownloadblog.
